Portal Deliveries is a London 3PL for small and medium-sized ecommerce brands. Fulfilment is £1.00 per order, however many items are in it, and orders in by 4pm ship the same day. Move the sliders to see your monthly bill.

We built our warehouse system ourselves. Every unit is tracked to a bin, and every stock change is logged with a reason.
Orders, edits, cancellations and stock levels sync with your Shopify or Wix store as they happen. We set it up for you, so you don't need a developer.
Bundles are split into their parts automatically, backorders ship oldest first, and an order paid for as express can't leave on a slower service.
Because we built our software ourselves, your customers and your team can sort things out on their own, without emailing back and forth.

Customers look up their order, choose what they're sending back and why, and get a return label straight away. The return syncs to your Shopify store automatically, so nobody on your team has to process it by hand.

A typo or an old address can be corrected by the customer any time before the order is packed, so parcels don't go to the wrong place.

For your team
Submit PR send-outs and wholesale orders yourself. Upload documents, set declared values, choose DDP or DDU and follow each order's status, without emailing PDFs back and forth.
Perfume counts as a dangerous good, so many warehouses only send it within the UK, or not at all. Our courier partners have approved us to ship it worldwide, and we do it every day.
